Phil from Howell, NJ called Y.E.S. Contractors when his trampoline fell onto his pool. Upon evaluation, our estimator found that his pool had to be replaced. Phil opted to install the same exact size pool in the spot the previous pool was in. He had an existing filter system hard piped to the pool and wanted to reuse this system for his newly installed pool.

He also decided to have Y.E.S. install a salt system for his pool. This not only will greatly reduce the cost of chemicals over the lifetime of his pool, but it's also great for his family's hair and skin!

The first step if this process was to take down his existing pool. Once on the job site, our crew disassembled the pool and removed all of the metal from the site. The liner was cut, bagged and placed exactly where Phil specified. Next our crew re leveled the ground and installed his new pool, liner, skimmer and LED light. His hard piping system was reconnected to his filter and his new salt system was installed.   

Phil now has a beautiful brand new above ground pool with a salt system and LED light, making his backyard the stay-cation oasis his family can enjoy for many summers to come!

Paul asked that his pool be sunk into the ground about halfway, so the crew got right to work on excavating and leveling the site to prepare for installation. Radiant Pools are unique in that they can be installed completely above ground, completely inground or anywhere in between, and do not require a retaining wall, which saved Paul thousands of dollars. Once the track was laid and leveled, the crew installed the pool.

Our in house electrician then came to the job site and set up the electric to run the pool filer system. Finally, our team came behind and did a landscape package for these homeowners, so that they're backyard is summer ready!

We provided her with a new liner, and completely removed and replaced the old liner. In addition to the new liner, we resurfaced the floor of her pool with sand and installed a protective barrier, that way if the Chipmunks come back, they cannot get through. 

This homeowner in Deal, NJ hired Y.E.S. Contractors to perform weekly maintenance on his pool. Once a week we send our crew to his home to make sure his pool is looking good as new. Upon arrival the surface of the pool is skimmed, the pool walls are brushed, and the pool floor is vacuumed to make sure there is no debris. Once the pool is clear of debris, the pump and skimmer baskets are emptied and the filter is backwashed if needed. Finally, balancing chemicals are applied. When Heather J. in Asbury Park, NJ needed a team to install her new Doughboy above-ground swimming pool, she called YES Contractors! We marked out the property and applied for town permits. Once they were approved our team got to work. First step was excavation. Once that was complete, we brought sand to the job site and laid a base layer for the pool installation and installed the track for the walls. This client in Marlboro, NJ called YES to open his in-ground pool and maintain it for the season. We sent Matt, our Maintenance Tech, out to complete the job. Matt pulled the cover off the pool and noticed the pool water was slightly green and the stairs were covered in algae. He added the necessary chemicals to the water and completed the first pool cleaning of the season. When he returned the following week to perform routine maintenance of the pool the water was already beginning to clear up. Matt vacuumed and skimmed the pool as usual. We sent our estimators, Bill and Allan, out to the property to consult with the client on his vision and determine a cost for the project. After some deliberation, the client decided on installing an above-ground 24’ round pool and hired our team to complete the process.

When the crew arrived to begin the job there were some unexpected delays. The pool site was completely flooded and muddy which is not ideal when installing a pool. Our guys vacuumed the site and left it to dry. When they returned the ground was dry enough to begin the installation. Our team leveled the area where the pool would rest and added sand to act as a protective barrier between the ground and the pool’s liner. 

They installed the base track and pool wall in no time, then moved on to the liner. The client decided on a blue pebbled liner which gave this pool a refreshing, earthy quality. They installed the caps and ledges and slowly filled the pool with water in order to avoid causing any wrinkles or creases in the liner.

This client in Leonardo, NJ contacted YES Contractors to open his in-ground pool for the season. We sent Matt, our maintenance tech, to perform what we imagined would be a routine in-ground opening. Much to our surprise the client's pool was green when our crew took the cover off. This can happen when a pool is not winterized properly at the end of the season. Matt also noticed a small leak in the top of the filtration system. He repaired the leak and advised the client to keep an eye on it. When Matt finished opening the pool and adding the necessary chemicals, he walked the client through every step of the pool cleaning process and explained how to properly balance the pool's PH level so this client could enjoy sparkling clear waters all summer long. Rodger decided on the liner he wanted, and our crew went to the property to begin their work. When we got our first snow this season our amazing team of professionals came out to the property to melt the ice on her driveway. They added Calcium Chloride to her pavers and front porch to melt the ice quickly and ensure there was no damage done to her property. This client in Spring Lake, NJ contacted Y.E.S. Contractors to take advantage of our snow removal services. The client hired us to clear and ice melt her driveway and walkway. Our team of professionals had to take great care when completing this job. The clients driveway and walkway were all composed of pavers so using the plow could cause serious damage; our team had to complete this job by hand. 

After completely clearing the snow from both the client's driveway and walkway, our team coated the area in a Calcium Chloride mixture to treat and prevent ice buildup. Calcium Chloride forms brine rapidly which creates a lower freezing point for water, thus melting ice and snow quickly. Calcium Chloride is least damaging to pavers and concrete opposed to Sodium Chloride which can be very damaging to concrete and pavers. 

This client in Oceanport, NJ contacts Y.E.S. Contractors every year to open and close his pool for the season. Our amazing team has completed the job so many times throughout the years that they have this pool closing down pat. The team plugs the skimmer and return then disconnects the pools hoses, filter system and any additional accessories. They inflate and install the pillows (for underneath the cover) as well as the pool cover and secure it with a cable & winch. Once completed, our team stores the filter system and any accessories in the clients specified location to keep them safe until Spring. 

This client in Leonardo, NJ decided to create their own at-home resort by installing an in-ground pool. When we sent our estimators, Bill & Allan, to take measurements of the pool and give the clients a quote they seemed slightly hesitant...They had never owned a swimming pool and did not know what to expect! This client in Brielle, NJ contacted Y.E.S. Contractors to address some plumbing issues with her in-ground swimming pool. The client's filter drain pipe ran to an underground basin along the back of her property. She noticed the basin would get very full of drainage from the gutters on her house, and would subsequently flood her backyard anytime she tried to backwash her swimming pool. The client needed to reroute her pool drainage in order to prevent further flooding.
