This client in Ocean Township, NJ contacted Y.E.S. Contractors to take down and remove his 15' round Above Ground swimming pool. The pool was worn in and faded. The ledges around the top of the pool were rusted and beginning to fall apart creating a big safety risk to swimmers! Our amazing teams came out and took down the swimming pool. They bagged the debris and left it at the top of the clients driveway, as per their request. Check out these photos from the job to see the work our team did!
Recently, our team had the pleasure of closing an above-ground pool in Ocean, NJ, and it was another job done with precision and care. The process began by plugging the skimmer and return to ensure no water would enter the system throughout the winter. Next, the team disconnected the hoses, filter system, and any additional accessories before storing them safely in the client's preferred location. Once the pool was properly disconnected, the lines were blown out to ensure no water was left that could freeze and cause damage to the equipment.
When it came time to secure the pool for the season, the team installed the winter cover, but rather than using a standard cable system, they weighted it down with water jugs. This method not only provided extra security but also ensured the cover stayed snug and in place despite any harsh winter winds. The jugs were filled and placed strategically around the pool, adding weight and balance to the cover without the risk of shifting. By the time our crew finished, the pool was thoroughly protected and ready for the colder months.
