Pool Services Photo Album: Luxury In-Ground Pool Build in Long Branch, New Jersey

We started this Long Branch pool build in 2025 and timed its completion for summer 2026 alongside the construction of the new home. This beachfront pool features so many unique details, making it the ultimate luxury backyard. From the expansive sundeck and spa to the Lautner knife edge, which creates a glass-like water appearance perfectly aligned with the patio, this project has been one for the books and an exciting undertaking from start to finish. Our time at this property isn't quite over yet! We've added them to our regular maintenance schedule for the rest of the summer to help manage the pool and keep it clean, so these homeowners can spend less time worrying about maintenance and more time enjoying their new backyard.

April 2025

We started this pool project in early 2025, giving us plenty of time to carefully plan its completion alongside the new construction home on the property.

Wall and Base Prep

We continued prepping this site for the next phase. This included creating walls and giving the pool a strong foundation.

Rebar and Plumbing

With the rebar set in place the spa is also taking shape. Now it was time to move onto the pools plumbing.

Gunite Day

This is where the pool's biggest transformation happens! This pool is unique for its Lautner knife and perimeter overflow around the pool and spa. This allows the water to be level with the pool's future surrounding patio. A hidden Gutter system around the pool makes this possible.

Surge Tanks

With this pool's perimeter overflow it requires surge tanks. This gives the water displaced by swimmers a place to go and prevents flooding within the hidden gutter system.
