Our Overall Service
Starting off with a full install required a lot of moving parts to get to the point where we are at today while the guys are just about completing the Landscape back fill. It looks amazing.
Call Representative
The man person on the phone was Ms MarDaziah and she was very helpful always getting to the correct person to handle whatever the issue was. Rebecca was the main fix it person. From our first conversation about hiring YES thru the Township Permit process and the rest of all the pieces that needed to come together to complete the install Rebecca was excellent.
Sales Process
Not having bought a pool in decades I was apprehensive about hiring a company to install it. Personally I have always done projects like this on my own. I had Bill and Chris come to my house to walk thru the process. Best decision I’ve made in a longtime. It did not feel like I was talking to salesmen just guys who knew what I needed and what I couple do with out. No pressure which is a welcome encounter.
Our Installation Crew
A consistent group of men that have a work effort rarely seen in the home improvement community. The first 3 guys that were the install crew were Dave,Obed and Francisco. They arrived on time with the tools needed and they started. I was stunned by their work ethic. They stopped for lunch and that was it. They were back to work continuing the construction and completed the job fully by 8pm. Amazing job.
The Cleanup Process
I wouldn’t cal it a cleanup but the guys that really topped off a great looking pool was the guys who came for the final landscaping. I had Juve and Manuel here to complete the last step. These 2 guys had a lot of work ahead of them as they dug out a couple inches of earth around the perimeter of the pool and then backfill that area with new stone, a border and this really made the pool look great. This wasn’t that easy as they had to remove all the dirt from around the pool via a shovel and a wheel barrow. Strenuous work and I know I couldn’t do it but in the end these guys made it look great.
What made you choose our company:
When I purchased the pool there was a list of install companies included with the paperwork. The real obstacle I encountered was the need for township permits so that was where I started the decision process. YES was the only company that would complete the township permit requirements. They were clear to start on the pool project right away. I called a couple of the other “recommended installer” companies and the responses were skeptical at best. One company would have constructed the pool in a week and most of the other companies did not do permits. The best choice for me was YES. They have this process running smoothly and they have the most talented group of employees. I wouldn’t even waste time looking for an installation company and just call YES.our service area
