From the initial admin set up to the end of the installation the entire process was seamless, accurate and professional. The ladies in the office (I mostly spoke to Rebecca) were accommodating to our schedule and thoroughly answered every question I had whether it was by phone or by email. Dave and his crew did our install. They worked hard to ensure that the pool was 100% perfect. I was impressed by how many times they checked and double checked their own work to ensure the readiness of each phase of the process. They were at our house for over 8 hours and were courteous and professional all day long. If you are in the same position as we were in, in which we bought the pool at a locally known recreation store and that place gave you a piece of paper with 3 companies they recommend, go with Y.E.S. You won’t be sorry. 

Bill D. was the field salesperson, it was great to gab with him, a really great guy, and so expert about all things swimming pool! Bill D. Was very instructive in making his assessment of the old pool and ground and the product (pool) we just purchased. In further discussion we decided to purchase a Hayward Salt System that should be quite beneficial to us physically and to the pool physically over time. Bill arranged the rest of the operation to install our pool, including materials delivered such as sand. All we needed to do was empty the old pool of water and then oversee. Great! We feel extremely confident in dealing with Bill for anything further needed for the pool. YES provides a litany of services we can choose from, which gives great peace of mind.    The installation, again, awesome! We felt extremely lucky to get the team we did, they worked together like a Rolex watch mechanism! Fast! Flawless! And very fussy about the details...I was really satisfied with their workmanship and enjoyed their friendly and experienced personalities. They took the time to explain various points about the new pool  vs. the old, and showed us the shocking deterioration of the old pool's lower track and plating! The crew hardly took a break for lunch and removed the old pool and installed the new one in one very long and arduous day, and so carefully!    YES, you have a great team in these guys, they are truly an asset! Great customer relations and very intelligent guys, and conversant! Not something you find in so many working these days, very enjoyable to communicate with. WELL DONE! Thanks is also extended to the office staff at YES for assisting us with the arrangements and then keeping us up to speed as the process went along. Excellent workers, all around from staff to crew. All are very courteous. I appreciated their easy going personalities, and how they work around each unexpected situation that can and does arise. Staff and crew always make you feel like you are their top priority. Customer service is amazing on all levels.  

Chris came to our home to evaluate our liner, which had been leaking and causing issues throughout the summer. Chris was an absolute professional with a no pressure approach. Chris spent a good deal of time with us, fully explained the process and was able to find the issue and helped us to fix the pool liner. The end result was nothing short of perfect at a price that was far better than multiple quotes from other companies. I would fully recommend YES Contractors to anyone.

I can’t praise Christmas Decor by YES enough! We decided to get our new home done last year. And let me say....WOW! Before getting it done, they come and sit with you and go over several beautiful options. They’re courteous and professional. We also got our Christmas Tree done by them! It was STUNNING! We’re using them again this year! Also, the convenience of them picking out the perfect tree for your home, decorating it (with what you pick) and then taking it down, removing the tree and cleaning up. So worth every penny. We have been impressed with YES from the very start, from the very first sales discussion, through planning and permits and not to install, which is currently underway. Their communication is TOP NOTCH, ensuring that every step along the way is exactly as planned. They are considerate of lawn and existing landscaping and if there is a problem they work to address immediately. Although the pool is not finished, by all measures the quality of the pool and their warrantee are outstanding. 100% recommend!
