		Backfill This will insure the long life of your above ground pool. We will apply a rubberized coating to the entire bottom exposed portion of your pool to prevent early oxidation of the metal components. The area around the pool will be re-graded to its original level. Plastic sheeting will then be placed down to channel the chlorinated water away from your pool. Finally, ¾ inch Delaware River stone will be spread to allow for proper drainage. Landscape edging is used to retain the stone and give a classic landscaped look.
		Decks Weather your existing deck needs a facelift, or you looking to build a deck for the first time, we can help. Our expertise in building decks ranges from off-the-house simple decks to free-standing decks built to fit around existing structures. We can also build deck additions to suit as well as Gazebos.
		Electrical and Plumbing Services With a long history in the pool business, we have taken on some complimentary services as well. Our experts are well trained and qualified to install gas lines for both above and in-ground pool heaters. While working toward giving you the best quality installation possible we can also have our skilled professionals both hard pipe your pool filter underground and run the electric for the filter as well as create convenience outlets.
		Excavation and Equipment Access One of the first steps in your pool installation is excavation. The excavator will need at least a 6 foot opening to get the bobcat in to excavate your site. An 8 foot space is needed to allow the dump truck into the site for sand delivery. If an 8 foot area does not exist then the sand and block delivery will be in the closest available area to the site. Soft ground and grass may be affected by the heavy equipment. The excavator can discuss solutions with you to avoid damage. For the leveling the site for your pool the will be a charge of up to $25 per inch. This charge will

		Hardscaping When retaining walls are necessary, we have your solution. Using many different types of materials, we can give your structural need a clean cosmetic look as well as the required support. We also provide the driveway, walkway, and patio solutions that can change the entire look of your home. With the use of pavers, concrete, and stamped concrete, we can create a functional surface that will be attractive as well.
		Landscape Packages Our landscape design team can make your property come to life. We can help determine what the best solution for your home based upon your vision. We have an extensive knowledge of all shrubbery and trees as well as the mulch and other base fills to compliment the design. We can also design and create waterfalls and ponds of various shapes and sizes to create that peaceful place for your family’s enjoyment.
		Liner Changes The liner of your pool is its most delicate component. It can easily be damaged by a few different things. Roots, rocks, or any sharp debris in the earth beneath the sand base of the pool can in time make its way up to the sands surface and effectively puncture the liner. Any sharp or hard objects that might fall into the pool can also puncture or tear the liner. Often times the liner of the pool will not last as long as the metal components of the pool and will need to be replaced in some cases after just 5 years or less.
		Openings and Closings Just a reminder, as fall approaches, the end of the season will soon follow. Y.E.S. offers a pool closing service. One of our expert staff installers will instruct and guide you through the necessary steps to properly close your pool. Bear in mind that spring will return and the professionals at Y.E.S. also offer pool openings.
		Pool Replacement Replacement pools require leveling or removing old sand/vermiculite and block (footings for pool frame). Any remnants of the old pool including screws or hardware, rusted metal and dry rotted brittle liner and coping remains also must be removed. The installer must also dig back dirt, grass, weed-block cloth and small stone 18 inches around the perimeter of the pool site to make the leveled area at least 3 feet larger. To replace the same size pool in the same location there will be a charge of $100 for any size pool in a level yard. To replace the same size pool in the same loc
		Sand and Block Delivery It is the customers’ responsibility to direct the sand delivery driver to their desired location, and to make sure that there is adequate access for the truck prior to arrival. When the sand is delivered, the amount can be slightly more than required for installation to allow for different ground conditions. Once the sand is delivered, it is the customers’ property and responsibility. Sand cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. Y.E.S.
