Y.E.S. Contractors is also a franchisee of Christmas Decor, North America's premier provider of holiday and event lighting and decorating. Year after year, customers come to us for captivating holiday displays and service that's second to none. We also offer year-round lighting services for weddings, parties and more.

About the Owner

Chris Risden started working on pools when he was just 13 years old. After graduating high school, Chris came to work for Y.E.S. Contractors, holding many roles throughout the company, including crew chief and senior crew.

When the company's then owner decided to sell the business, Chris was eager to take over ownership. Chris' knowledge of the industry and experience with the company helped convince the owner to sell the business to Chris. Today, the former owner of Y.E.S. Contractors continues to work under Chris' leadership.

We have been able to maintain a new customer retention rate of approximately 97%. That means about 97% of our “first time” customers return to us for additional services after their initial work is completed and in most cases for years to follow. That is a tall feat for any company in the construction industry.
